EVENTS Overview
PROCESS:
SPG Event Team headed by an Event Coordinator, coordinates all aspects of event with performer. A detailed, needs based work flow is established and agreed upon. The event is considered a co-production as both SPG & Performer hold an equal stake in the event’s overall success.
SPG PROVIDES: (based on event type and size)
Complete event production through hands-on event team which includes, facility manager, event staffing, sound & light system, Audio tech, ticket sales (web and door), core marketing, stage and venue set-up/strike and event accounting will be completed by the end of performance.
PERFORMER RESPONSI:
Backline and related special equipment and show needs.
Any and all additional marketing and proper event information given to SPG Event Coordinator 30 days before performance.
VENUE FEES
Performances are considered co-produced events/activities.
All events participate in a revenue program that covers the core production expenses and provides the highest share percentage for the performer based on ticket sales.
